Abstract： Objectives To evaluate the feasibility of color doppler ultrasound graded in choice operative site for varicocelectomy,and the effect of it should be further enhances.Methods 342 sides (310 cases) of varicocele based on preoperative color doppler spermatic vein circumstances of sub-degree and select a different site of operation for varicocelectomy.Results According to the color doppler diagnosis of spermatic vein Ia and Ib degrees,113 sides were chose the outer ring of spermatic vein ligation microanatomy ( microsurgical subingunal varicocelectomy).Color doppler diagnosis of spermatic vein Ⅱ and Ⅲ degrees,229 sides were chose small incision retroperitoneal or laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein.All cases attain the satisfactory effect,7 sides of recurrence,and 3 sides of the complications.Conclusions Spermatic vein Doppler color grading technique can be used as reference standards of choice operative site for varicocelectomy,but due to the lack of contrast,and research to be further improved.
