In vitro study of triptolide inhibit DU145 proliferation and induce apoptosis

Abstract： Objectives To observe the effect of triptolide on prostate cell line DU145 in virto.Methods MTT and FCM were used to observe the effect of different concentration TP on DU145 in different time,detect variation of cell cycle and cell apoptosis.Results 20ng/ml,40ng/ml,80ng/ml TP inhibited DU145 growth for 24h,48h,72h;24h,48h,72h IC50 were respectively 117.95 ng/ml,47.60 ng/ml,14.43 ng/ml,TP block DU145 cell cycle in S stage,induce cell apoptosis.Conclusions TP could inhibit DU145 cell proliferation,block DU145 cell cycle in S stage,induce cell apoptosis.
