Abstract： Oxidative stress is caused by an imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species,reactive nitrogen species and removal,resulting in a high level of reactive oxygen species within an organism.This high level will damage molecular,cellular and organism.The currently studies have shown that oxidative stress plays an important role in β2-adrenergic receptor desensitization.However,β2-adrenergic receptor agonists have been largely restricted in the treatment of bronchial asthma because of β2-adrenergic receptor desensitization.The review is about oxidative stress and β2-adrenergic receptor.
