Abstract： MiRNA are endogenous and no-coding RNA,and their expression levels vary greatly among tissues,recent studies have indicated that miRNA are critical regulators of widespread cellular functions such as differentiation,proliferation,and apotosis,and dysregulation of miRNA can contribute to disease pathology.In this paper we will discuss their roles in lung diseases according to the latest researches.
