Abstract: Obstractive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) have become one of the major diseases which are great harms to human health,the incidence of OSAHS is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of OSAHS is not yet entirely clear,but research has shown that it is related to adipokine.The adipokine regulate adipogenesis and adipocyte metabolism,affect glucose and lipid metabolism,participate in the inflammation and immune response,being closely linked with OSAHS,obesity.The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the contribution of relationship between OSAHS and three novel adipokine-Chemerin,Visfatin,Obestatin.
