Abstract： Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is not only a airflow limitation as the main feature in the local airway inflammation,but also systemic effects accompanying abnormalities in other system.Systemic inflammation induce psychologic obstacle such as depression,anxiety in COPD patients.In addition,it can cause fatigue in the crowd.To study systemic inflammation would help to detect the new breakthrough in COPD.
