Abstract： Objective To investigate the influence of kindred - like nursing on emergency residence time and awareness rate of health knowledge in emergency department pediatrics.Methods Totaled of 80 cases of emergency fever pediatrics were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used conventional care,the observation group was given kindred - like nursing on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with the nursing effect.Results The emergency residence time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,treatment complicance degree,cooling effect,parents,health knowledge,nursing satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜0.05 ),the mental state of the parents in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Kindred - like nursing is helpful to improve the quality of care,it can increase treatment complicance degree and relieve parental anxiety.
