Abstract： Objective To decrease the incidence of fetus muck inhalation.Methods A total of 498 newborns with Meconiurn aspiration syndrome were received thorough clearance of breath way amniotic fluid,mucus and washing stomach,absorbing oxygen etc.Results The incidence of MAS was obviously lower than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The general measure could obviously reduce the incidence of MAS and guarantee infant safety.
