Abstract： Objective To discuss the effects of delicacy management to prevent the adverse events of insulin injections.Methods The reasons of 13 adverse events of insulin injections in 2010 were analyzed.A series of delicacy management measures were practiced,including emphasizing the importance of watching carefully one item after another when working,making reminder cards,setting up proper working procedures,editing 〈 Insulin knowledge fast reading Handbook 〉,establishing a diabetes network group etc.Results The adverse events of insulin injection was decreased from 13 in 2010 to 4 in 2011.This was a statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions It has a significant effect by using delicacy management to prevent adverse events of insulin injection.
