Abstract： Objective To explore the implementation methods and effects of promoting the high quality nursing service in burn ward,provide the high quality nursing service for burn patients.Methods Management mode was reformed and service mode was innovated so as to promote the high quality nursing service.Improvement of nursing quality and the spending time of nurse finishing care work were compared between before and after promoting the high quality nursing service.Results There were significant differences in nursing quality and the spending time of nurse finishing care work before and after promoting the high quality nursing service ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Carrying out high quality nursing service can regulate the nurse managing the distribution of working hours,effectively reduce the nurses in non - nursing work waste of time,spend more time with patients,improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
