Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of activc cognitive behavioral therapy (ACBT) on the breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods By the random number table method 58 cases of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were divided into two groups,the experimental group (n =28) with chemotherapy drug therapy and ACBT and control group (n =30) with pure chemotherapy drugs.The first day 1 and treatment chemotherapy after 6 months,two groups of patients were investigated with the life quality core questionnaire (QLQ -C30) to assess the quality of life before and after intervention.Results There were statistical siguificant differences betweentwo groups in body function,the core role function,mood function,cognitive function,social function,pain,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,insomnia,and overall health condition ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions The chemotherapy drug combined with ACBT can improve the quality of life of the patients.
