Abstract： Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy was an important method to treat the diseases of digestive system,the nursing care in perioperative period was the important part of insuring the surgery success and reducing the occurrence of postoperation complication.In this article,the indications,contraindication,the complication and nursing care of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy were summarized in detail in order to provide the theoretical foundation for the nursing of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.
