Abstract： Acute coronary artery syndrome can lead to acute myocardial ischemia,some of which will quickly progresses into ventricular fibrillation,even to sudden death.The only effective therapy for ACS is revascularization of coronary vessel.So,it is critical for the emergency nurses to recognize its signs and symptoms then provide the fist aid.The main objective is to shorten the diagnosis to treatment time and improve the success rate of the rescue.
