Abstract： This article is reviewed the factors that influence cancer patients' participation in clinical trials and nursing strategies.Which includes the factors related to protocol,cancer patients and physician.Oncology research nurses should recognize these factors and take the appropriate strategies to increase the patients'enrollment and comoliance in the clinical trials.
