Abstract： By analyzing the risk factors of lungs infection in patients with neurosurgical operation,to explore the nursing measures of oral cavity nursing and the management of respiratory tract and reduce respiratory infections,to strength nursing of nose and gastric tuber remain,to choose the proper decubitus positions,optimize the ward environment,make the rigid rules in order to reduce the occurrence rate of lungs infection.
