Abstract： Objective To evaluate the quality of caring for the patients with chemotherapy by PICC and VPA and to find the best way for chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into PICC group and VPA group.And 60 cases were in each group.Self - designed evaluation questionnaires on the quality of caring for center venous were adopted including the style of nursing service,the basic level of caring center venous catheter,the emergency care capacity of caring center venous catheter and the outcomes of patients with chemotherapy through center venous catheter.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted for analysis and K - value was used for the index of evaluating the quality of caring for chemotherapy by PICC and VPA.Results K was 4.18 of PICC group,while 4.37 of VPA group.Both of the groups of caring rating scale ranged between better and best.But k value of VPA group was higher than PICC group,which proved the quality of care of VPA was better.Conclusions Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,nursing managers effectively checked the quality of caring of PICC and VPA in chemotherapy.Combining AHP,co - efficient to evaluate the quality of caring of PICC and VPA was determined,which was useful to an objective,unbiased assessment on the quality of nursing for chemotherapy through center venous catheter for nursing managers.And event chemotherapy method for patients.Usually that was useful to offering a best and reliable basis.
