Abstract： Objective To explore the improvement of the fixed methods for the venous transfusion and to provide the scientific basis for the selection of operational method for clinical transfuion.Methods There were 180 patients who were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group had 90 cases.The improved fixed methods were adopted in observation group.The clinical common parallel fixed methods of three strips of the adhesive present “S” shape were adopted in control group.Results The fixed effects of venous transfusion were not obviously difference in two groups ( P ＞ 0.05).The needed time of extracting needle in observation group was markedly fewer than that in control group ( P ＜0.01 ),and the pain of extracting needle in the former was obviously more slight than that of the latter ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The improved fixed methods of venous transfusion do not affect the fixed effect of venous transfusion,but can shorten the time of extracting needle and relieve the pain.
