Abstract: Objective To explore the key point of predictable nursing in patients with cervical spinal cord injury after lower cervical spine fracture.Methods A total of 11 cases with cervical spinal cord injury after lower cervical spine fracture were accepted predictable nursing.Preoperative psychological nursing,postoperative vital signs monitoring,prevention of complication,and rehabilitation were performed.Results Postoperative hematoma in 1 cases,pulmonary infection in 1 case,hyponatremia in 1 case were found and recovered after proper treatment.The other was recovered perfectly without no complications.Conclusions Effective predictable nursing could improve compliance and satisfaction,reduce the complications,and promote patients rehabilitation.
