The research status of the nursing staff's evidence - based nursing awareness and practice

Abstract： The evidence - based nursing has become an international nursing development trends,which is attached importance to scientificity and practicality more and more.At present the practice of evidence - based nursing is afoot in China,but there are still some problems:the lack of the knowledge and skills about the evidence-based nursing for the nursing staff,few use it in practical work.So,it is imperative to find question and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the bases for implementing evidence - based nursing work and promoting the sustainable development of nursing work.
