Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effect of improved ostomy bag pasting method.Methods According to the order,66 patients with urinary tract treatment of stoma patients were divided into study group and control group.Observation group of 36 patients was improved ostomy bag with paste method:cut the chassis protective paper,paper and borrow tapes tear protection patch pocket,and control group of 30 patients with conventional stoma paste method.Results The adhesion of two groups of patients gloves,gloves,the incidence of damage,nurses hands passing rate of bacteria and paste ostomy time,had statistic significances(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The self-designed ostomy paste method can reduce nursing staff hand bacteriological contamination rate,extend the life of ostomy bag.
