Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of time nursing intervention on the pain of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 116 cases of different types of advanced cancer patients were divided into experimental group and control groups. Time nursing and conventional nursing combined with three ladder analgesic therapy was implemented respectively.Results Of the 58 cases, 42 cases had complete remission, 14 cases had partial remission , and 2 cases were invalid in experimental group. The total effective rate was 96.5%.Of the 58 cases, 23 cases had complete remission, 17 cases had partial remission, and 18 cases were invalid in control group.The total effective rate was 69% (P<0.05).Conclusions Time nursing intervention measures can effectively relieve the pain of the patients with advanced cancer, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong life.
