Abstract： About the research of the quality of life(QOL)of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients, It was well known that the influence factors of quality of life(QOL)of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients were comprehensive, including cognitive factors, disease and treatment factors, cultural factors, social factors, psychological factors, family status, etc. To help patients understand the many factors and seek social and family supports can improve patients' QOL, and correct and timely psychological counseling, drug guidance, effective health guidance can ensure therapeutic effects.
