Abstract： Objective To discuss the effect of human nature logo nursing in neurosurgery department. Methods There were 120 head injury inpatients from March to December in 2009, which were divided into observation and control groups, each had 60 cases, all the patients were given routine drug treatment. The control group were accepted routine nursing, and the observation group was accepted human nature logo nursing. The inpatients'degree of satisfaction questionnaire, SCL- 90, neurologic impairment assessment questionnaire were used to evaluate the clinical effect at leaving hospital. Results At leaving hospital, the sense of security, satisfaction, respection were 88. 3%,96. 7%, 95. 0% respectively in observation group, and they were 63. 3%, 66. 7%,68. 3% respectively in control group; the score of SCL-90 in observation group was 136.38 ±16.29, and it was 149.67 ±13.71 in control group; the score of neurologic impairment assessment in observation group was 12.04 ±4.61, and it was 16. 11 ±5.48 in control group; the sense of synthesis satisfaction in observation group was 99. 3%, and it was 81. 7% in control group, and there were significant difference between the two groups ( all P ＜ 0. 01 ).Conclusions Human nature logo nursing on the head injury inpatients can enhance the sense of satisfaction and improve the psychological state, promote their nervus function rehabilitation.
