Abstract： Objective To investigate the influential factors of life quality associated with stroke. Methods The stroke cases were collected at the acupuncture and moxibustion department in Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2008-1-1 to 2009-5-1. All baseline information and the factors of quality life were collected and measured. Meanwhile, the Rankin scale was used to measure the life quality. The influential factors were analyzed by monovariant and multivariant logistic regression analysis. Results Monovariant and multivariant logistic regression analyses showed that the poor outcome was associated with diabetes, being addicted to drink, stroke history,obesity, knowledge on stroke and regulation of diet and emotion or spirit. Conclusions The results suggest that diabetes, being addicted to drink, stroke history, obesity, knowledge on stroke and regulation of diet and emotion or spirit are influential factors of life quality associated with stroke.
