Abstract： The aim of this paper was to analyze the situation and problems of nursing specialist training through reviewing the literatures. In the foreign countries, specialized Qualification Agency was in charge, but on the contrary, our country's training mode was clinical training centre/base. There were many problems that the hospitals named as the clinical education centre. In order to improve the quality of NS training, something as follows should be done, the training structure should be established by both medical schools and hospitals, established NS education assessment system, regularly be checked and evaluated the training status, etc.
