Abstract: Objective To observe the correlation between illuminate intensity and accumulative used time of ultraviolet lamp. Methods UV lamp 136 were chosen in standard measurement, accumulated use time, fluorescent intensity were recorded and the correlationship was analyzed. And the use time more than 1 000 hours was experimental group and the use time less than 1 000 hours was control group. Results Illuminate intensity of ultraviolet lamp and cumulative exposure time of rank was correlation coefficient r = -0. 135 6, tr =-1. 584 1, P >0. 05, illuminate intensity of ultraviolet lamp and cumulative exposure time of rank correlation coefficient was not statistically significant. The average of total control group and the time difference were extremely remarkable significance (t = 17. 814, P <0. 001 ), the total time trial was significantly longer than that of control group, two groups of material comparable. Two groups of average illuminate intensity and different rate were not statistically significant ( t = 1. 263, P > 0. 05 ); and (x2 = 0. 19, P > 0. 05), these cannot show two groups tube illuminate intensity and rate, there were differences. Conclusions Illuminate intensity of ultraviolet lamp and cumulative exposure time were no correlation. The accumulated use time of uv lamp, should not be the basis as the replacement bulbs. Under the state standard of measuring standard for judging the strength of the field measurement, qualified as a screening, and as the intensity of the length of time according to illuminate the decision.
