Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of psychological nursing for adjuvant therapy to Parkinson's disease and provide a basis for rehablitation and adjuvant therapy of Parkinson's disease.Methods Thirty four cases of Parkinson's patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (17cases) and control group (17cases),the control group was given conventional medical treatment and nurse and the experimental group Was given targeted psyeholodical nursing,and the differences of paychologieal state medication compliance and effect of treatment were evaluated between two groups.Results The scores of interpersonal relationships depression anxiety hostility fear and paranoia of experimental group after treatment were signjfieanfly improved than before treatment(t=4.69,18.30,15.18,10.74,8.60,6.18,P<0.01) So the medical compliance and the therapeutic effect of experimental group were significandy better than those of control group.Conclusions Psychological nursing to Parkinson's patients is helpful to establish a good relationship between doctors,nurses and patients and improve patients' psychological adaptability,thus it will improve their medication compliance effectively and strengthen the role of drug treatment.
