Abstract： Encircles the menopause was the feminine ovarian function from the maturity to a transition period which declines gradu-ally.The medical science believed that ovarian function was gradually recessed,which caused cerebral ganglion-pituitary gland-ovarian hormone axis function out of balance,thus the women had the paroxysmal intermittent fever,the perspiration,easy weary and dysfunction of autonomic nervous system.And being anxiety,interpersonal tension,sensitive paranoid,depression.This article summarized the psyehologi-cal characteristics and psychological intervention on the premenopansal women,in order to enhances the menopause women's health.
