Abstract： Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is clinical acute disease,it pathology foundation for hat vein inside of unsteady gruel kind spot piece break cause the blood bolt formation,cause a coronary artery acute or inferior jam.The clinical performanceis acute myocardial infarction(AMI)or unsteady angina pectoris(UA),the mortality rate is high,and only 35%～40%patients companion with chest pain of heart disease case have accurate judgment of ACS,how to evaluate another 60%～65%with non-heart disease sufferer accurate quick is a problem and to make accurate of the judgment ACS.To adopt availability nursing is nursing personnel face of one of the puzzle currently,pass quick accurate of sieving reposition of redundant personnel case and control more overall of disease of history thus help nursing personnel realization these target.
