Abstract： It was a new technological operation of nursing to hold the application of the vein detained needle on clinic, and more and more extensive. The advantage was easy to operate, lighten the agony because of puncturing repeatedly, protect the blood vessel, guarantee to use medicine for time rationally at the same time, offer the convenience to blood transfusion and infusion, keep an open intravenous thorough fare, benefit the patients' rescue work, and reduce the workload of nurses.
