The nursing of expansion flap during neck hyperplastic scar restoration

Abstract： Hypertrophic and contractive scar in cervical part could influence appearance and neck activity, bringing tremendous physical and emotional pain of patients. Cervical expansion flap, due to the similar of color, elasticity and texture with surrounding tissues, had become the preferred method of repairing the cervical scar. Because its long operation period and various complications, nursing was very important. This paper summarized current nursing on expansion flap during the repairing operation of hypertrophic and contractive scar in cervical part.
