Abstract： Objective To study the effect of physical training and music interference on daily function and life quality in stroke patients. Methods 64 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into physical training and music interference (observation) and control groups, each group had 32 cases. The both group were accepted medicine therapy and observation group was accepted physical training and music interference;at the beginning and finishing of interference, the FIM, NIHSS and SF-36 were measured. Results The scores of FIM、 NIHSS and SF-36 of observation group were better than those of control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The physical training and music interference can improve daily function and life qualities in stroke patients.
