Abstract: Objective To approach effect and result of teaching clinical rounds on nursing students who was under graduate course by double language in clinical practice. Methods Do the questionnaire investigation of effect evaluation with nine index between double language in clinical practice circa and the object was 115 nurising students who was under graduate from the year 2005 to 2007. Results After double language in clinical practice, the nine index that was procedure of clinical rounds, level of English, capability of communication, clinical analysis and ability to work out a solution and so on were obviously higher than those of early clinical practice, and the difference had statical significance. Conclusions Teaching clinical rounds by double language can raise the interest and activeness on studying English, and can elevate the capability of clinical analysis to work out a solution and communication and team contribution.
