Abstract： How to train young teachers has been a problem faced by school or department of nursing with the larger enrollment scale of nursing undergraduates, the increase in nursing specialty's directions and the current status of young teachers. To ensure the quality of teaching, many kinds of measures should be taken to strengthen the training of teachers, such as material and spiritual motivation, training in teaching capability, clinical practice and capability of scientific research and so on.
