Abstract： This article aim at passing overall nurse core competencies. First, to carried on the elaboration in the concept and the content Nurse through in the school education and the continuing education, strengthened the idea, had highlighted the course content, the teaching method. Through teacher, the student, patient's three dimensional quality of teaching appraisal system, nurse's core competencies synthesizing capacity were examined. Pass overall nurse, the raise of core competencies needed a long - term process, but nurse the core competencies enhance, which was helpful development which comprehensive and continues in the nursing quality.
