Abstract： Objective To analyze the reason of dizzy of outpatient in perioperation and prevention method.Methods 5 600 cases with outpatient operation were reviewed retrospectively from January 2005 to June 2008.The 69 cases with dizzy were occunenced in the scries.Among them,the female was 47 cases,male 22.The male and female comprison was 1:2.1.The age distributed for 16～83 years old.Results The incidence of the dizzy was 1.2%(69/5 600) in the operation outpatient.In the 69 cases,the simplicity dizzy had 46.4% (32/69),the bodily dizzy had 33.3%(23/69),the hypoglycemia dizzy had 14.5%(10/69),the mental dizzy had 4.3%.And the heart dizzy had 1.5%.All cases were cured completely through adopting accurate prevention and treatment measure in time.Conclusions The dizzy is the brain temporarity blood circulation malfunction that are caused by the various inducement.Distinguishing diagnosis in time and managing measure standanrdly are the main procedure in handling the dizzy outpatient.
