Abstract： Objective To investigate the nursing methods for infants with femoral shaft fracture accepted vertical suspended skin traction.Methods To summarize the nursing methods of both lower extremities vertical suspended skin traction for 208 infants with fracture of femoral shaft.Results By follow-up visit for 1-5 years,208 infants patients had obtained fine union of fracture and no abnormity,and their articulation motion of hip and knee were normal and no lame.Conclusions It is an important factor to offer a high-grade nursing care which can influnce the therapeutic effect of fracture of femoral shaft in infants.
