Abstract: Objective To discuss the catheterization methods of Y -type intravenous catheter system on the non -cooperation patients. Methods 100 agitated, non -cooperation were randomly divided into observation and control groups. In observation group, after puncturing succeasfully, the left hand was still in the tension fixed physical location of the puncture the skin, the fight hand backed home jacket core needle tube, and in control group, the traditional collaboration two hands were used to back needle catheter. The rate of success, accidents and the occurrence rate of acupuncture needle back injury were compared. Results The success rate of observa-tion group was increased and the accident rate and the occurrence rate of acupuncture needle back injury were de-creased in observation group than those in control group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions The clinical application of this method increases the opportunities for success of the tube, and reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries.
