Abstract: In the modern process of health care professionals, the role of the nursing was recognized in-creasingly. In many ways, nursing care had been proved to be the core of human health care. The existence prob-lems of the current global nursing human resources including match supply and demand, allocation efficiency, and the quality of a serious shortage of resources had a greater impact on quality of nursing. Nursing work environment, the rational allocation of staff and nurses from health problems should be more attention. In this paper, the defini-tion of human resources from the care, nursing status of human resource allocation, human resource allocation method, nursing human resources management were reviewed.
