Abstract: Objective To study the effect of recovery plan that patients and relatives of hemiplegia in cerebral apoplexy were partieitate in. Methods 80 hemiplegia patients were divided into observation and control groups, each group 40 cases. All patients were accepted recovery treatment. Observation group patients and their relatives were participated in the assessment of recovery together, establishing the recovery target, making the training plan, but control group patients and their relatives were not participated in recovery plan. The depression occurrence rate, ADL and QOL were assessed after 8 weeks. Results The depression occurrence rate of observation group was lower (P<0.05), and the scores of ADL and QOL were better than these of control group (P<0. 05) . Conclusions The plan for the patients and their relatives participation can decrease the occurrence rate of depression and improve ADL and QOL
