Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of fresh amniotic menlbrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot.Methods 31 diabetic foot patients were treated by fresh amniotic membrane transplantation,according to the TEXAS classification standard,judging the good and excellent rate.Results 31 patients were followed-up for 6~36 months,25 cases were healed,effectiveness were 5,and 1 case were improved.The excellent and good rate were 96.8%,and with no complication.Conclusions Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation to treat the superficial ulcer of diabetic foot is a safe and effective method.
