Abstract： Ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)is the most common noscomial irfection among ventilated patients in hospital,which has a high morbidity and a high mortality.This article reviewed the developmerit of the prevention and nursing in china and abroad,in order to find some effective and practical strategies to prevent the occurrence of VAP.
