Abstract： Objective To study the preventive and cure effect of the acupuncture points medicine injection with partial cheirapsis on the clinical treatment of open mouth difficulty in early nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radioactive treatment.Methods Divided 106 sufferers with nasopharyngeal carcinoma into observation group and control group,53 for each,the observation group is putting to treat from this very day to take acupuncture points medicine injection on two sides alternately,at the meantime with massage.The control group were done by normal guides to open mouth.Cutting tooth distance were determined before treatment,treatment completation and after half year,after one and half years respectively.Results The occurrence rate and its degree in the observation group was lower than that in control group,P＜0.01.Conclusion In early days the acupuncture points medicine injected match with partial massage contribute to reduce the occurrence rate of open mouth difficulty after radioactivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
