Abstract： Objective To sudy the method of sterile solution inverted from no flip rubber stopper.Methods There will be no flip rubber stopper of 0.9%sodium chloride solution in the state under the control points:washing and flushing group.Underthe natural state:the experimental group and control group.2～15ml solution were exlmlansed from group admission before taking liqnid to rinse the mouth of the bottle No rinsing group Was opened bottles to obtain tied directly.The experimental group drawn from the solution obtained by doctors,nurses and nurses in the emergency department before new method training.The control group drawn from doctors,nurses in the emergency department according to the new methods in no washing group.Each group disinfected with 75%alcohol before obtaining solution,and exhalansed 1 ml solution into sterility nutrient broth culture.Results The natural state of the two groups have bacterial growth,with statistical significance.but P <0.05.Conclusion Sterile solution rinsed from no flip inverted rubber stopper can no wsshing mouth of the bottle,but must abide by the principle of aseptic technique.
