Advancement in prevention and nursing of infection after heart transplantation

Abstract： Infection is one of the most common complication after heart transplantation and is one of the most imrportant field in research.Prevention infection has a great effect on the success of operation.reduction of complications and the hnprovement of the quality of life and survival.With the development of research and utilization of all kinds of tests and anti-infection drugs,there is a remarkable progress in prevention and nursing of infection after heart transplantation.This review include the following contents:control usceptible factors before operation,obey the principle of asepsis and take quarantine strictly after operation,take good charge of breathing and other tracts,provide high quality of basic and life nursing,give health education to patients and their family during recovery,monitor through the whole course after operation and try to prevent,detect and treat the infection as early as possible.
