Abstract： To present the current problems of the fostering objectives of nursing postgraduate students for master degree in China.It suggests some strategies,such as operating the double-model cultivation system for graduates,establishing the fostering objectives based on the requirements of healthcare service,and individualizing the subjectz arrangement which was depended on the fostering objectives.The purpose is to explore the fostering objectives of nursing postgraduate students that are coinciding with the situation of China and adapting for the international tendency.
