Abstract: Objective To observe the curative and nursing effect of artificial pneumoperitoneum on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and nursing intervention. Methods 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated by artificial pneumoperitoneum and accepted nursing intervention. Before and after treatment, we evaluated these patients'the lungs function, the grade of dyspneic respiration, 6 MWD, health status, the rate of smoke abatement and the times of acute attack. Results After treatment, the patients'FVC, MMC, FEV1%, 6MWD, health status, the rate of smoke abatement and the times of acute attack were improved obviously ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Artificial pneumopefitoneum and nursing intervention could improve the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients'the lungs and heart function. It could enhance these patients'living quality.
