Abstract： ICU nurses are a especial colonia in the nurses,for example-enviromnent isolation,seriously illed patients,heavy workload,high specialized skills need and so on,psychological health problems of the nurses who worked in ICU is common phenomenon,such as exhaustion,anxiety,depression,suspect and so on,the reasons are diversify.Psychological problems of ICU nurses are confronted with serious situation,should be lead to focus of nursing administrator.Appropriate measurements should be taken to release their mental pressure to ensure their well mood,healthy body on work,and make their better service for patient.
