Abstract： To analyze the difference of 4 nurse-patient patterns(ethogram,self,role,and event patterns)to explain the cause for strenuous nurse-patient relationship,patterns activation,using and control model.And analyze the cause for strenuous relationship in Chinese culture background and politics ecnomlc factots,propose propotional strategy:(1)symsentiment-good nurse-patients relationship incisivus point.(2)Social support-good nurse-patient relationship crotch point.
