Abstract：肠易激综合征(IBS)是由于中枢神经系统和肠神经系统失调而引起的一种生物心理社会障碍.目前国外研究较多的影响IBS患者发病的因素有早年生活、心理社会因素.除建立良好的护患关系等常规的心理护理外,国外研究较多且具有成效的有健康宣教、加强护士IBS知识的掌握以及综合护理.
